Delivery & Returns

Payment Information:  We are happy to take payment over the phone and on-line. We accept most major credit or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, SwitchMaestro, Solo, Electron and Delta. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express. The payments on this site are processed by a third party payment processor for your security.

Postage & Packing Information:  Postage and Packing on all orders is charged according to weight and size. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours via Royal Mail first class.

Shipping:  Blue Dog Cushion Company are happy to ship to all international destinations. A full guide to shipping charges can be found under our Delivery section.

Returns and Exchange:  Blue Dog Cushion Company are happy to offer a full refund or exchange* on all orders within 14 days of receipt or 21 days in the case of international orders. Items will only be accepted unused, in their original sale condition and with packaging. All exchanges will be charged postage at the normal postal rate.  All return Items should be sent by registered post and securely packaged. Blue Dog Cushion Company cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned. *Full refund are only offered on faulty items. All other items are on a credit note or exchange basis. Full refund does not include return postage.
